1. Use of the Service

Streamlyst is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Content & Recommendations

Streamlyst sources data from third-party providers. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness of listings or recommendations.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

Streamlyst is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
